Rapcore
Rapcore (or punk rap) is an alternative rock music genre, characterized by the use of rap (recitative) as vocals. Rappcor combines the instrumental and vocal properties of such directions as punk rock, hardcore and hip-hop.
By the end of the 1990s, nu-metal was gaining popularity, some of whose performers, such as Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, P.O.D. very close to rap metal.
In 2000, Cypress Hill was marked by Skull & Bones with metal influence. Members of this group also rap in third-party rap metal projects. According to one of them, rapper B-Real, his band called “Kush” sounds more aggressive than other rap metal bands. Another member of Cypress Hill, rapper Sen Dog, even before the release of Skull & Bones, in 1996, formed a rap rock / metal band called SX-10.
